We're not complete strangers!

When you hire Greystone, you will be connecting with real people whom care deeply about your relocation needs. And we're super easy to contact.

Why did our founder Rade Radakovich decide to start Greystone Relocation Concierge? During an architecture career helping clients build and remodel multi-million dollar homes, he witnessed chaos on moving day — with nobody acting as point person (and nobody taking responsibility for a smooth move-in). With the skills he mastered with residential clients, and the project management formulas he designed while executing large-scale resort remodels, Rade discovered an entire market of high-end homeowners who yearn for stress-free and painless relocations.

Rade Radakovich

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Trained as an architect, Rade watched clients spend millions building new homes in Los Angeles only to see complete chaos (and scuffed floors and chipped walls) on moving day.

Without anyone overseeing the relocation, there was nobody to take responsibility and “run point” when it came to placing furniture, unpacking, installing audio-video equipment, wiring chandeliers, and hanging artwork. So he created Greystone Relocation Concierge to ensure homeowners would never experience such an emotional and stressful experience when moving into their beautiful new homes.

Now Rade is the guy Hollywood actors and private families throughout Southern California trust to safely and quickly get them into their new homes.

Rade is from San Luis Obispo, graduated with a degree in architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and is the father to Nigel, a White German Shepherd (and our Chief Tasting Officer).

David Hauslaib

Chief Concierge Officer

Focused on clients first, David ensures Greystone's long list of families, business professionals, and Hollywood talent who hire Greystone are always taken care of.

Moving is often an emotional process, with homeowners saying goodbye to the house where baby's first steps were taken and new adventures launched, and nervous about a new house and new routines. David is your liaison for this transition.

A seasoned entrepreneur, David has started and sold businesses in web publishing and e-commerce. David is from Connecticut, graduated with degrees in magazine and African-American studies from Syracuse University, and lived in Manhattan's West Village. He is the father to Bailey, a Dachshund-Beagle rescue (and our Deputy Tasting Officer), and has called Los Angeles home for nearly a decade.

Andrew Stutzman, Client Services Director

Hailing from the Washington D.C. area, Andrew helps lead our client outreach and services team. He aids clients with a background in bicoastal real estate — and knows first-hand the turmoil behind a solo cross-country move.

Andrew comes to Greystone from a high-end real estate brokerage and has lived in Los Angeles since 2011 — nearly reaching "local" status while juggling his studies at Pepperdine University.

Smart, passionate, and dedicated. The Greystone team is here to help clients with seamless transitions.

The Team

Every associate is hand-picked to join our team, and only after a rigorous training and certification process can they call themselves a Greystone associate.

From doctoral students to military veterans, our associates are passionate, detail-oriented, and respected members of the community. And: They know the difference between Kreiss and Kohl's. Because they only work in fine homes, handling Hermes China and Impressionist masterpieces is second-nature.

They're in the business of saying "Yes" to client requests, and every member of the team—from master concierges to junior associates—works exceptionally hard to exceed your expectations.

In your home, Greystone's associates will feel like the gentlemen and gentleladies next door.

Nigel Barker

Chief Tasting Officer

A nine-year-old White German Shepherd mix, Nigel is a rescue dog now living the high life of weekend croquet games with his K-9 friends, Monday night cigar rolling, and regular dinners of chef's tasting menus.

Or so we like to think. Mostly, he just fetches the ball and sniffs around.

Bailey Barker

Deputy Tasting Officer

Five-year-old Bailey is a Dachshund-Beagle rescue who has taken to Nigel's country club lifestyle. He enjoys bacon-flavored indulgences and sniffing every party guest's wine.
